Amy, would it be possible for our group to have the Weter Lounge for our December, February, and April meetings? Dec 9, Feb 10, April 14? also could we talk about other possible rooms? There were a few problems with the Miller room: the building was locked up early, the A/C was off, and the parking lots were full. ( I am under the impression that our folks have access to the parking lots) Also after having a meeting there, the board decided that this room is too small for most of our meetings. I am available Tuesday, Thursday or Friday afternoon if you would like to discuss this in person.
