[GSAS-board] We have a Jan. Speaker

Board:

Ghori has accepted an invitation to speak on crypts in January. As his request
schedule shows he would like to arrive mid afternoon the day of and leave mid
morning after. As board members, you get first choice if you would like to
volunteer to host part of his visit.

-Paul

I am still courting the Shrimp speaker. That leaves adopt a stream or Steve
for the last slot.

January 13th should work out just fine. A mid morning departure from IAD
would be preferred, which
would put me in Seattle early afternoon. The return flight would probably
work out best for the 14th, leaving
Seattle mid morning, getting me back to IAD by the evening of the 14th. A
direct flight would be
preferred if the cost isnt too much different from a flight with a stopover.
A hotel with shuttle service
to the airport would probably work out best.

Thanks
