[GSAS-board] November speaker needed

Board:

Lawrence is unable to make the November meeting. Susan, could you please ask
if adopt a stream would like the spot? I can try to get Eric Do in to talk
shrimp but the timeline is rather tight.

Subject: from Japan for Paul: I'm afraid I cannot make the Nov 11 gsas
presentation but want to see if January 13 or March 10 might be possible?

Dear Paul,

Something from work has come up and I must travel on November 11, and
cannot make that meeting. I am sorry about this late notice -- I am
traveling with my Boss in Japan and he is somewhat insistent that I take
that trip in November. I am sorry to put you in a tough spot. If I've
put you in an impossibly difficult spot, I could try to renegotiate with
my Boss, but that will be difficult. Sorry.

Would it be possible for my talk to be rescheduled for either January 13
or March 10?
I have checked these dates on my schedule and they are good for me.

Please let me know what is possible.

Working title "When in Africa, Seize Every Opportunity to Look for Fish
-- Lakes Tanganyika, Victoria, and
Malawi, plus the Niger River and Burkina Faso."
