Amy mentioned that you spoke with her today about moving your February and April meetings to a different room for your auctions. We have three different rooms that would be available in both February and April. Below, I’ve listed some information about each of the rooms, and I’ve attached pictures to this e-mail as well.
Bertona 1: Located at 103 W Bertona (building # 65 on our campus map) Set-up with chairs with attached desks Classroom has a maximum capacity of 70 Otto Miller 127: This is in the same building you have been meeting in, just not as far down the hall Classroom holds 70 people Weter Lounge Large open space that you have used in the past Was remodeled during the summer of 2007 to partition the room off a little more to provide separate spaces
