tax id, it makes me feel the need to repeat the following... (which any 
donation request form should contain.)

The Greater Seattle Aquarium Society is a non-profit organization incorporated 
under the laws of the state of Washington.  It is not, however, a charitable 
organization; hence, donations to GSAS are not tax exempt.
