I give you the nod and the personal empowerment to do as you feel best.

I do like a July date to celebrate the end of one season more than the start of 
another and the Woodland park is absolutly the way to go IMHO.  August is also 
great.  Do we want to gather suggestions from the auction or vote at the board 
meeting to set the exact date?

Is the 9th a Sunday?
