Geez, good catch, Paul.  That's why you are President!  I used the 8th of
August in the original email but somehow during the conversation it got
shifted to the date we used last year.

We are talking about August 8TH, Saturday.

I am open to the July option as well. I only chose August because that is
what I thought we did as habit.  A BIG upside for July is that Phil and
Cayle will be there.  No one really seems to care about the date at this
point.  Why not switch?

We could do July 18, which would be far enough after the 4th that folks will
be ready to BBQ again.
