[GSAS-board] March Board meeting

Hi Board:

I received an offer from Margie to host the next board meeting at her place in 
Seattle and I don't remember confirming (or setting a date) so lets open this 
up as to the best date.

"I'd be glad to host the March or April board meeting.  I'm in the Montlake 
neighborhood, south of the Montlake Cut near Husky Stadium.
