[GSAS-board] Moving the Board Meeting?

Hi:

In light of Susan's observation that the board meeting falls on St. Patrick's 
day and assumption that there are way cooler places to be, I would like to 
float the idea of moving the meeting. This depends strongly on our gracious 
hostess, Phil's work schedule, and if Erik is able to make it.  So lets go by 
the points.

If you can make Tuesday, but not Thursday, Reply -2
If you want to do Tuesday, Reply -1
If you are neutral, Reply -0
If you want to do Thursday, Reply +1
If you can make Thursday, but not Tuesday, Reply +2

A positive score in aggregate will be considered strongly if the named parties 
above do not veto.

Otherwise I would suggest the meeting then dinner approach where we start the 
meeting first and then those whom would like to visit with our gracious hostess 
without the burden of all the meeting bits can.  With the food hostage I think 
we can break this out in record time.
