Hello Board,

Just wanted to let you know that our picnic permits have been delivered, our fees paid and everything is on target for a successful event.  Since we had good success with the marketing mix last year, I am going to run it all the same.  Karen is in the process of changing dates on the postcard right now.

The only thing I am adding is to mention the Plant Swap which seems to happen every year of natural course but if advertised is a draw I think.  This is NOT an auction.  Folks just seem to bring plants and then they trade them.  A lot of folks just bring stuff to give away.  That is what I am doing this year.

Attached are your Picnic Permit and Reservation Signs.
 
Print out the attached permit and bring it with you to the park on the day of your event. The PICNIC PERMIT is required for any enforcement of your reservation.

Please print out the attached RESERVATION SIGN(S) and make a copy for each Shelter and/or Table you have reserved as listed on the attached permit.

Please post your reservation signs by 9-10am to prevent someone else from setting up in your reserved area. It is easier to prevent someone from setting up than to remove them.
