Re: [GSAS-board] Donation request letter 2009

Here is the tank just sitting there on my floor. If I can work in Megan and or
puppy I will post that too.

It might be smart to post the tank to the general member list ahead of time

for a raffle you need large numbers of people (and tickets)
for an auction you need people with lots of money
silent auctions won't bring in as much as Phil would

trip)

Eric:

I changed the language for the newsletter. Thanks.

Phil:

I have the general file as a Doc to hand back to Phil as the chair and an
example pdf of what I gave to Denny's. I will forward the contact emails so
that they get a newsletter this month.

The flier is pure money as I have the 54gal corner tank (think 'science'
token from trivial pursuit) is my trunk and owe you a picture for your
promotions. I will leave it to you to introduce as I want to make Denny's
feel good, but not also shame our friends at a PFP that have donated year
round etc.

The retail value (with top and lights) is > $320 with $230 for the stand
(sold separately) so do we want it in the live auction, silent auction or
raffle ticket? Lets here some ideas (and why they will not work)

Oh, and Dennys also threw in $20. Did we hear back from Doran?
