Hello Board, stopped at the new store in White Center called "Aquarist World". Turns out the owner, Michael, is the former owner of "King Discus" in Chinatown. He sold the Chinatown store to his brother and opened this one. He is familiar with GSAS, remembered Bob Holmes as the president. He will give club members a 10% discount. Would like to receive an email newsletter and donated a few items for the auction. He also remembers donors getting mentioned in the newsletter(??) and liked the idea of a little card size mention in the newsletter: Things he donated ... 1 Aquarium Sponge filter 1 can of freeze dried shrimp 1 "Misty Mountain Volcano" (looks kind of like a LOG!! ) with a fogger and light email for newsletter: aquaristworld888@yahoo.com Christine |
