Hi Paul, The fluval filter was mine. Indeed, the box was of a rena filter, but on the pink sticky note I specifically wrote "Fluval filter." I was outside when the filter was sold, and when I came back my son, Josh, told me that "our filter got sold." I had absolutely no idea that it wasn't mentioned what it was written on the label - if I would have been in the room, I would have said something about it. I can either return your money or, if you wish to keep the Fluval 404 filter, I can give you an extra identical filter at no charge. The second filter works just fine, but has a plastic part that needs to be replaced, and I had no time to order that. If you want it, you can have it.
