Hi Paul,
The fluval filter was mine. Indeed, the box was of a rena filter, but on the
pink sticky note I specifically wrote "Fluval filter." I was outside when
the filter was sold, and when I came back my son, Josh, told me that "our
filter got sold." I had absolutely no idea that it wasn't mentioned what it
was written on the label - if I would have been in the room, I would have
said something about it. I can either return your money or, if you wish to
keep the Fluval 404 filter, I can give you an extra identical filter at no
charge. The second filter works just fine, but has a plastic part that needs
to be replaced, and I had no time to order that. If you want it, you can
have it. I am sorry if I caused any inconvenience - totally unintentional.
Please let me know your decision on this matter. Thank you.
Sandu
