At Paul's House. In attendance: Christine, Steev, Margie, Paul, and Roy.
Financial:
. Auction Haul ~3884.72 (-mailed split checks (~250))
. Account balance 7211.35 (4/21/09)
. Steve reimbursed for printing.
. Bank statement switched to Christine (CR)
. Budget for Speakers (May meeting on streams $300) philanthropy ($400
Clay Hess) Oliver Lucanus (~$500, check with Kathy)
. Donations to Whisker city (29 and 55 from my stock)
Membership:
Christine & Margie are processing PayPal and auction registrations: Paul
expired memberships online. Margie will input renewals (May 5th). Paul
Will gather donor contact list and pass to Margie for printing labels and
mailing cards. Paul will update welcome message and send PDF. Several
members would like to revisit the auction schedule to makes sure Feb/April
are ideal (feel that they are too close). Update chairs.
Auctions
Auction is done and successful in raising cash for the operating budget.
Great attendance, # items, and donations (thanks Phil!). However, we need a
bigger space for both auctions and cycle through the clubs other
auctioneers. Mike will get a check for the full amount for Bob ($70). Jay
is short membership, cash and took a few tanks.
