You're totally right about having time to put together a presentation -- 
6/6 is cutting it awfully close, but could be done.

Is the 5/30 weekend after memorial day out of the question?  That would 
give ample time to prepare.

It's really up to which weekend most of the PEOPLE will be available, of 
course.  I would figure on 5/23 Memorial Day more folks will be escaping 
out of town, but could be dead-wrong on that.
