[GSAS-board] New President

Hi Paul,

First, thank you for all your hard work the last two years.  You have done
an outstanding job leading the club through treacherous financial waters
onto calmer seas.  Thank you also for stepping up as our new club Secretary.

I think that Meredith will be an excellent President and serve the club
well.  Her background with the club, and on the Board, will be excellent
assets.  She has my full support just as you did.

Possibly a short message on our GSAS forum from you, as our outgoing
President, announcing the changes to the board would be appropriate?

Thanks again for all your hard work on behalf of the club.
