Thank you Meredith, I think getting our reservations in early is a great idea. I also think that based on the space problems when we had the Plant Auction and General Auction the larger room in Otto Miller Hall makes sense. If we find something better we can always cancel our reservations, but at least we have a place to meet next year.

I would like to reserve room 127 in Otto Miller Hall for the next school year
we meet on the second Tuesday 7-9:30+pm
starting in September
Sept 8
oct 13
Nov 10
Dec 8
Jan 12
Feb 9
March 9
April we will want a Saturday option probably April 17
May 11
June 8

we would still like to consider a larger space on Campus for April and February
the larger room in Miller is one option (109?)or I read something about a conference center?
any ideas appreciated
