Title: Picnic Supplies and Reimbursement

Hello Board Peoples,

Thanks for your support in making this year’s picnic a success.  It is only with your blessing and guidance that we had such a good event.

I have two questions and a comment at this point.

1.  Florian is out of town on vacation again and I do not know for how long.  I would like to get the soda and paper goods out of my back seat but don't feel OK with just dropping them off at Florian’s without him being there or giving some sort of advanced Ok.  Is there somewhere else appropriate for this stuff to be deposited?

2.  Who should I send the receipts to for reimbursement and what is their mailing address?

3.  If you would like me too I would be happy to throw next year’s picnic as well.
