There may have been more than one shrimp guy in the works last year.  The 
one I know about, Eric Do (from the Bay Area) just stopped returning 
e-mails at some point (perhaps he was asked to come up on two weeks 
notice?).
Kathy just said to me that she e-mailed him this week about possibly 
speaking this year, but has not heard back from him.  I suspect we just 
leave him alone at this point...
However... we do have the DVD with his talk from 2006, and I'm sure we 
could show that if in a pinch.
