I don't have much to say about shrimp, but I'll say what I can. I just wish the mushroom club didn't meet on the same night. Mushrooms are coming up everywhere! I used to make a soup with king boletes; I know right where to find them in Ellensburg but I'm not sure which ones are safe here.
