This is just for the auction(s), so the main deal is PA, which I usually bring in its entirety.
It was only this month that I tried the "house sound" in room 127 (the other rooms never had built-in stuff)... and I'm not sure we should even use it again due to the feedback from the speakers when the presenter approached the projection screen. I can really crank up my micro-PA and we almost never get feedback.
Likewise, having a projector for the auctions is not really necessary (and never done until last year). If there is a projector (and a volunteer to hold stuff up for hours... I'm not doing that again!), we can do it, otherwise, no big deal.
One thing I didn't quite get from the pictures is just how many people can be seated in that room. Assuming over 100?
