I propose a vote on whether or not to have a t-shirt design contest?
 
the winner to recieve a free shirt and much praise
the shirts to be pre-purchased or made to order so we don't go broke
 
if yes
who will be on the judging panel?
and can we let the judging panel be decisive?
(ie non-committee like: ok I've been to too many school meetings)
