This is why I suggested we come up with a documented approach to handling all 
this only after some thought has been put into it.  I do not think a simple 
motion will address the overall issue.  But, then, I like to drive five car 
lengths in front of me.

Indeed this is a complex topic with alot of folks with different opinions based 
on different experience.  This is the main reason I think we should not open 
Pandora's box.  

I personally never had an issue with Hiro posting because he was int he club, 
donated stuff and bred them himself.  However, I didn't care for Mark Dorward 
posting LowCoaster's stuff every week.  That should be an opt in thing directly 
from the seller.  I also don't care for Jeff's stocking lists of African fish.  
There should be one email inviting people to get on his personal list and then 
we shouldn't have to hear about it again,

There is nothing wrong with the fellow posting to the list saying that he is 
launching a new website and would like feedback.  As soon as there is any kind 
of discount or remuneration involved I think you have the slippery slope.

Honestly, I don't think any of this is a big deal but part of the role of the 
Board, which I know I am not on, is to decrease future liability and so I think 
we should be clear about our precedent and what it may mean.
