Yes, I asked Meredith at the meeting and she was hoping that we could get by without a board meeting this month. And I suppose there is no rush to address those two issues that Roy mentions.

I believe I recall an email from a while back suggesting we go "electronic" for the board meeting in December because of busy schedules.
