Here's Peter's response:

"G'day Tom

The author is in Australia, Adrian Tappin. I do talks on rainbowfishes
myself, but I already have a couple arranged for next year, plus with
hosting the convention I'm not looking for anything extra. Maybe 2011 would
be good though.

Cheers
Peter"

So it looks like 2011...

Dear Tom,

Great! Sounds like Peter would be a great speaker.

We are booked for 2009-1010 but are open for next season. The dates are 2nd
Tuesday Sept (2010), Oct, Jan (2011), March, and May.

I noticed that the web site that is hosting the PDF belongs to NANFA member
Peter Unmack, who is also hosting the 2010 NANFA Convention in Nevada. He
is also Australian and an expert on Rainbow fish. He is an instructor and
researcher at BYU. Would you like me to approach him about speaking?

I was thinking that too! Unfortunately I think he lives in Australia.

I am sure he comes to the US/CAN to speak at conferences... Maybe we can
become a stop on a future trip.
