I have a note to her also to confirm and arrange travel. "Let me know what the gang thinks. To be honest, I would rather do my Tanganyika presentation just because it's already all prepped, I've had a few chances to practice it so far, and I'm eager to share what I experienced with other keeners- I know if I weren't already me, I'd love to see this talk- it even has underwater video. My favourite is of cooperative hunting behaviour between mastacembelid eels and predatory cichlids! The other factor of course is time to make a new presentation- kind of lacking on that front right now, and with the holidays coming up, it's sure to get worse. Now, I could easily do a really short blurb about the Aquarium either before or after that- I think I can do a good job of talking the place up and I could bring down some pamphlets, possibly even raffle off some more admission passes/etc if I can get my paws on some..." I understand that Jan Reynolds will be giving a presentation on Lake Tanganyika at the Jan. meeting. Does anyone have background information or a few kind words about Ms. Reynolds that I can use in the newsletter. I sent her an email query about her talk.
