[GSAS-board] Database hiccup

Hi folks,

I just had a database hiccup in the last hour (which had NOTHING to do 
with the decade change, ironically!), and had to restore everything back 
to last night's backup around midnight.  So any unlikely membership 
database changes made between then and now have been lost.
