Dear Christine,

I am in contact with Sam and will pass the value the board decides. In light of Eric’s comments I think a target of $300 is reasonable to keep the lot numbers down and specifically gather rare in Seattle or otherwise noteworthy plants. I think that it is cool that the homegrown stuff is so rich.

We are scheduled to meet same time on the 2^nd floor of the gym. We have been scheduled before so I will try and coordinate with Meredith to bring a paper trail to lay claim to the space, BTW Meredith, are we confirmed for the Jan meeting?

Paul,

the FAN order (donation) for the April auction came through Sam (I guess) the plants for the February plant auction came from Africans Northwest here in Seattle. Our contact at Africans Northwest was a lady (Melanie??).

I thought the FAN plants were nicer. Are you in contact with "Sam"??

We bought plants for $327 for the plant auction last year (from Africans Northwest). So the $300-$350 sounds good to me.

Sam made it happen! The plants were direct from FAN and delivered the day of to stay “fresh.” We need a $ and pick up the day of. The number is generally $300-350.

The FAN order for the April auction with a square foot or cobra grass was a donation (Thanks Phil).
