I will be off work next Tuesday if she needs transportation in town
(if this is has already been arranged, please ignore)
 
Just for my peace of mind:
Can anyone confirm that Jen has a place to stay?
 
Also I'm going to get reservations for the regular Thai place unless I hear
otherwise
I will put the invite out to the club later in the week
 
We have the Falcon Lounge reserved for the February meeting/auction
I can't do last minute changes with SPU
 
The board has hashed out the dates and times of the auctions for years now
I will speak from the notes: Plants on Tuesday night, General Auction on
Saturday
Everybody who cares can come to at least one auction.

(Saturday Auctions are also alot more work/time for the volunteers involved)
 
I love the idea of a pre-priced table for java moss and such
Is there someone who wants to be in charge of coordinating that?
(someone who isn't already doing a million things)
 
I don't remember if the Falcon lounge has white boards but I'd be happy to
bring poster paper to hang on the walls/windows
Will we be needing a separate money system or can we connect this to the
main computer system?

it can be at my house 
unless someone is dying to show off their tanks
Henry can go visit someone else for the evening
People other than current board members are welcome to attend

talk to each other about a poster for the auctions

printer (warning : if not I'll create one of my beautiful and exotic Excel
pages)
