Dear Board,
Please choose a first and second date option for the picnic so I can begin to
put things in motion. The permit open date comes fast every single year and we
REALLY love that space and want it first dibs. We waited around until the last
minute last year which cause us to have to pay extra, move our date around
other reservations already made and made me want to tear my hair out. =)
I suggest August 7th for the picnic
...with August 14th as the backup.
I am NOT available July 31st because I am standing up in my buddy's wedding.
