While I think our newsletter is wonderful and i look forward to it every month, I don't really see it being of value to someone outside of the immediate club vicinity. I think that giving free memberships to speakers out of town just adds an unneeded level of bureaucracy to the club. If we want to remember the speakers and have them remember us, we'd probably get more mileage out of simply sending speakers for the year a Christmas or New Years card saying thank for being a part of our successful year. Really though, I don't think that the benefit from either is worth the effort.
