Dear Clay,Â I do not know the terms and limits myself.Â I think that we pay by check whenever possible with the card shown at dinners mainly.Â

Should we revisit this issue?

Thanks Paul. This item has been an issue in non-profit I am on the BOD of. We have a process for assigning cards and defining their limits so I am curious what the clubs approach to this is. What is the limit on the cards and the clubs liability for them?

A total of 4 cards are issued and in the hands of myself, Susan, Christine and Meredith. Meredith and myself rarely use them though. The statements are mailed to Christine and discussed at the board meeting.

I did not catch the answer to this question I raised. How many Credit Cards does the club have out there and to whom are they issued? What is the limit on each of these cards? How is the club managing these cards?
