Hi Paul,

Could you please forward this to the group?

Thank you all very much for hosting me for my talk this Tuesday.  I am
especially grateful to Meredith who waited for me at the bus station, took
me to some crazy local fish stores and the zoo (Thank you also to Richard
for the fantastic tour), and Christine & Tony, who graciously allowed me to
stay with their wonderful family and prepared an amazing breakfast the next
day.  Paul, Phil, and Steev, thank you for the invite and write-up in the
newsletter, and thanks also for being willing to go along with my last
minute logistical difficulties (which thankfully proved to be nothing).  I
also want to thank Erik for his seamless tech work and in advance for making
up a video of the talk.  Thanks to the club for the amazing Thai dinner as
well.  I felt like such an honoured guest the whole time!

Of course, if any of the club members are coming up the Vancouver area,
please drop me a line and we'll see about getting you into the Vancouver
Aquarium and seeing behind-the-scenes!  I look forward to future
collaborations between our two clubs and hope to attend some of the meetings
in the near future as well.
