OK, now I have turned off the image scrubbing completely for
non-digest recipients. You should get the image inline, and it should show up
that way in the archive, at the cost of it being attached to the image itself.
This is how gsas-member is currently configured as well, and one of the reasons
I didn’t go wildly changing the settings to scrub attachments.
