I didn't bring any to the meeting -- should have a bunch for the auction.
And Paul, it's AfricaN Northwest. Singular! :)

Hi Paul,
I don’t know about you, but I have cleaned out pretty much all of my “excess” plants in preparation for the GSAS HomeShow 2010. My
guess is that we may need some “extra” plants compared to last year. See you tonight at Meredith’s!

Dear Sam,
I called FAN and talked with Marcella. When we buy a box through Africans we will have a second donated box on the same shipment.
This does introduce the number of items at the auction but we already have plans for a fixed price table for the staples.
Please arrange the plant buy for ~$300 with Africans Northwest.

I am assuming you have made contact with ANW. As I have not heard anything else since last email please let me know if you have not
and I will pursue immediately.

I still know some people there but if you have a contact ir might be good to give them a call. I certainly do not mind helping out;
but if an active club member would be involved directly it could be a plus for you. Why don't you call me on Monday and we can talk
about this. 425 218-1599 is cell phone. Will be working all day tomorrow so leave a message if you call then.

Dear Sam,
FAN donated plants to the April auction. I would like to ask them if they are able to donate in feb for this year. Is this
acceptable to you as it would cange the Africans order and do you have a contact? I did call last year and found them to be very
helpful.

Dear Sam,
Thank you for your help last year in ordering plants for the February GSAS auction. It was a joy working with Melanie
and if she has moved on it is the loss for African’s Northwest. Are you interested in helping again for 2010? I will
have a budget soon and the meeting is February 9th.

Good deal! She may do even better next year now that she has an idea what you like. Hope to meet/see some of you all again
myself!

Finally got hold of Melanie and gave her your regards. Let her know that
she was REALLY appreciated and she said she's ready for next year. Take
care folks. Will try to get to a meeting but seems I'm always working
evenings anymore.
