If you're busy and can't get to mailing things out, some industrious folks have put together http://nohr669.com/
which will e-mail your congressperson a form letter (from you.) For a small fee, they'll mail a printed one, too, via snail-mail, which is supposedly much more interesting to congresspeople than e-mail.
