Hi Kathy,
At the GSAS meeting I promised that I would try to get some names of
veterinarians who do tropical fish disease diagnosis. Our lab hasn't been able
to do any of this for years because of a lack of funding or staff for diagnostic
work. (We are doing some research on tilapia diseases, but this is specifically
directed at the fish and bird mortality in the Salton Sea.) There is a
veterinary lab at WSU that does fish disease diagnosis, but primarily for large-
scale aquaculture facilities. Locally, there is one clinic that does some
tropical fish work for hobbyists. It is:
