Mine were aquarium bred. But everything I have read about Discus says the temp is even more critical with the wild caughts. Depending on the apistos they may like the warmer temp. We had Altispinosas (sp?) that were very happy in the warm water. We also had several cardinals and a few corys. I don't know about the rasboras or the black phantoms as I have never had any of them. Since we were basically doing just discus in the tank we made sure to purchase fish we thought could handle the warmer temps. We had good luck with Cacatuoides, Kribs, Zebra Plecs, Cardinals, and Rainbows (These were too agressive though!), and a few others that I can't think of right now. It would sure be nice to just go home and turn up the heaterstat rather than medicate, which I understand is really to be avoided. Will my corys, rasbora hengeli, black phantoms, and apistos suffer at the higher temp?
