Anyone know how to get RID of a population of that small carnivorous
crustacean known as cyclops? I just peered into what's SUPPOSED to be my
fry tank, and found it fairly filled with the little buggers!
Fortunately there aren't any fry in that tank. Okay, that's a lie;
there's a few dozen White Cloud fry. But that was an accident.
Anyway, what on earth can I do to eradicate the cyclopseses? The main
feature of the fry tank is a big wad of Java Moss lookalike
(Glossadelphus) so no introduction of fish will take care of the cyclops
problem, as there's simply too many places to hide. I'm looking for a
treatment that will spare the Glossadelphus, which may be too delicate to
handle a copper treatment.
Grr! Stupid copepods!
