I have some dry ingredients for PMDD I purchased a few years ago from one
of the members here, Mark Pearlscott.  I don't know if I still have the
instruction sheet, but he might be at the meeting tomorrow.  He moved away
and then recently moved back... but his postal mail bounced so maybe he 
doesn't know about the meeting.
