50gal tank, "stand," accessories for sale

Hi all!  As you may know, I will soon be moving out of state.  I have a 
special offer for GSAS members: a mere $200 gets you all this: 

- 50 gallon glass tank
- 4ft flourescent strip light (with bulb)
- Hinged glass lid
- Ebo-Jaeger heater
- Fluval 4 "plus" internal filter
- Giant bucket of very nice natural-style substrate (mixed gravel in several 
sizes, plus assorted small river rocks)
- The stand: government-issue metal desk (black with oak-like top) 

Notes: 

1.  All equipment (save the desk) is less than 6 months old - everything is 
in like-new condition. 

2.  If requested, biological filter can be kept "live" for instant start-up 
-- no break-in period! 

3.  The desk/stand may seem like a peculiar choice, but it's more than 
sturdy enough to handle the tank.  As a bonus, it provides a convenient work 
surface area in front of the tank, plus many drawers for holding all those 
test kits and misc equipment.  Pull up a chair, have a seat, and test those 
water parameters in style! 

The catch: 

NO DELIVERY!  You must pick up from my location (West Seattle, near scenic 
Alki Beach) I can't lift more than 25lbs (doctor's orders; bad back and 
knee) so I won't be able to help move the tank or desk.  If you don't have 
one, you'll need to rent a van or truck.
