I'm pretty sure that Central Welding Supply in Ballard is open on
Saturdays.  Give them a call.  I'm not sure if they can swap out
the top of your canister though.

You can always run a yeast/sugar system for a few days until you get
the stuff together for your CO2 setup.  The Fish Store started selling
sugar/yeast CO2 kits that include a great bubble counter/diffuser that
will still be useful to you with your compressed CO2 setup.  The
kit with everything is about $25, the diffuser itself is about $12.
