Well I, for one, could definitely use another week to prepare.  If we
moved the meeting to the following week (April 24th) would that solve
the problem?

Sorry to change the plans at the last minute, but, I have been at my
parents as my Dad just got out of the hospital and I have been taking
care of him.  So, long story short, I will not be able to make the
meeting or host it either.  I am sorry, is there someone else who is
willing to take this challenge on?????
