Trish, et al.- I've tried different ways of incorporating carrots into fish food but my all time favorite is: Leave Them Out. Any hypothetical benefit of adding carrots is offset by the fact that fish don't like them. Carotenoids can be supplied in other forms, most of which are pretty tasty. Marigold petals are supposed to be especially good if you have them.
