I usually treat discus with those symptoms with Metronidozole. It works best 
to isolate the discus in a smaller tank like a 10-20g and raise the 
temperature to 90. Then add 250mg every 8-12 hours with a 40% water change 
between each dose. You will also find good advice on the website
