Re: So who was #161 @ the auction

Here I am, Hiro, #161. And yes, you're right about me bring home some of your
panda cories. They've been a delightful addition to my well planted 10G with 5
lowlight tetras and three ancient diamond tetras. No one in this tank is going
to have them for lunch.

They're being fed twice a day with good Omega One flake and frozen bbs or
frozen daphnia or frozen bloodworms. They're little piglets and aren't at all
bashful about joining the crowd for meals. If they lay eggs and hatch them,
fine, but I'm not terribly interested in breeding them.

I just have a passion for cories and have a small shoal of one type or another
(albino, green aenaeus, melanistius, juliis, trilineatus) in each of my tanks.

Yes, they're smaller than the store version of cory cats, but I much prefer to
buy smaller fish and watch them grow! There's no doubt in my mind that you've
taken good care of them and that they're healthier than those at the LFS.

I'd love to have more, but until we get the 55G set up, I just don't have room
for any more. And, it will be late summer before we're able to attend another
meeting. I'm having foot surgery on Tuesday and won't be able to put any
weight on it for six to eight weeks.

You're right! I'd like to believe they've gone to a good home where they'll be
well fed, have frequent water changes and lots of plants to play in. Thanks
for your interest and concern.
