Susan- Bear in mind that it may not actually be gill flukes you are dealing with. The clamped fins (when did that start?) might be indicative of something else. For instance: Chilodonella is a protozoan parasite that frequently affects the gills of discus (even wild discus) and also causes clamped fins. Prazi would not be effective for it; you would use a medication that works on Ich (and related protozoans - the ciliates). Of course you can try the Prazi first and see if that works but that will be a week down the road and it sounds like the discus are getting worse every day. So you may want to use an Ich medication between now and the meeting to see if that helps. Biological filters bounce back better than discus.
