Re: cheapo metal halides

Well, what my friend bought was under $20 so she is quite interested in 
hearing if it will work. She doesn't have $150 for lighting. They got a 
180 liter tank with stand for $15 at a garage sale and thought they 
would be able to get bargains on all the other equipment... The tank is 
often the cheapest piece of equipment we buy. If the industrial bulbs 
did work she would be really really happy. :)
