[GSAS-Member] The List Is Back

Had a couple days outage thanks to Qwest's wonderful installation snafus, 
but they finally got my new DSL in today.  I took some advantage of the 
downtime to completely re-do the server, including the switch to mailman 
people have been bugging me to do for years.

I'm still doing some tests... suspect it'll take a few days before all the 
bugs are ironed out and all the weblinks work again.  Right now I'm 
getting the archive tuned.  (Hence the messages to these lists one at a 
time... I am checking the archive to see if they go through.)
