I also have a little 2 gallon goldfish bowl here on my desk at work that I
innoculated with rotifers. I did this when I had gouramis spawning at
work, but then my at-home tank took off and I haven't been trying to
convince the work-gouramis to spawn again. There is quite a bit of mulm in
this little bowl, lots of hornwort and I have a mini compact florescent
bulb over it. I haven't been harvesting this tank...maybe this is the best
source as it's inside and has minimal potential for contamination. This
would be just north of the Univ District (Alaska Fishery Science Center)
on Sand Point Way. No guarantees....
